Study Abroad, Minus the Stress

Four English-speaking destinations, four very different rulebooks. Your Medly advisor has filed hundreds of applications to each — here's the honest picture.

International students by Sydney Harbour
Australia & New Zealand

Work rights that pay back your degree

Australia's post-study work visa gives graduates two to four years of full work rights; New Zealand offers up to three. Combined with credit transfer from a Malaysian diploma, many Medly students finish an Australian degree for less than half the sticker price.

  • Intakes: February and July (some campuses add November).
  • Typical tuition: AUD 30,000–48,000 a year, before the scholarships we negotiate.
  • Credit transfer: Malaysian diplomas and degrees can shave 1–1.5 years off study abroad.
  • Part-time work: up to 48 hours a fortnight in Australia while studying.

Shorter degrees, older universities

A UK honours degree takes three years — one less than most alternatives — and the Graduate Route visa adds two years of work rights after graduation. Ireland pairs EU-recognised degrees with a booming tech and pharma job market in Dublin and Cork.

  • Intakes: September main intake; January intakes widely available for late deciders.
  • Typical tuition: £14,000–26,000 a year in the UK; €10,000–22,000 in Ireland.
  • Transfer programmes: start in Malaysia, finish in the UK — same certificate, big savings.
  • Scholarships: Chevening, GREAT and university awards our advisors screen you for automatically.
